Summer here and we’re having a BLAST!

What a 2025 so far. The roster has not only grown, but the music is reaching new levels. From singles to projects, solo releases to collaborations, Polished Arrow refuses to slow down.

Legacies collide as veteran emcee Kaboose and the up-and-coming m1L (pronounced MiLL) join forces under the moniker of ‘Thee Alumni.’

“We’ve been doing this for a long time. Although our styles are different, the goal has always been the same, and that’s to spread the gospel.” - iNTELLECT

🗣️ Introducing New P.A. Artist, m1L

The Florida emcee is already making waves with Polished Arrow.

“The name m1L is actually an acronym for ‘music is life,’ as I felt that describes me best. I spell it a little differently with the number ‘1’ in the center to signify that I am ‘one in a million,’ or ‘mill’ for short.”

“In a nutshell, m1L is just a kid from Orlando with a love for Jesus and an affinity with hip hop.”

“I would describe my style as a conscious storyteller, an emcee that has 90s east coast/boom bap lyrical ability, with ingredients to match a modern day sound. The perfect blend of underground and commercial.”

“I took notice of the Polished Arrow movement when I connected with Kaboose, though I didn’t exactly know what the collective was really about. As I progressively linked and began building with each individual member, I started to realize the brotherhood and their love for ministry. In addition to collaborating on music, I have always wanted to be part of a crew! What I feel I bring to the table, from a musical standpoint, are more eyes and ears on the product. I have built a pretty decent following and established fanbase. I am hopeful that those same followers will, in turn, become fans of the rest of the collective. It’s the goal, God willing!”

“Also, personal experience. There are certain things we all go through in life that we can learn from one another. I am hopefully considered an asset by the crew members.”

“Kaboose and I were linked by a mutual friend. He took notice of the similarities between us and decided to make the official introduction. From that point, we began working on music that eventually grew into a partnership. ‘Thee Alumni’ came from Kaboose and me collectively putting together our thoughts and creative personalities. We felt like we were rap veterans to an extent, thus ‘Thee Alumni’ was born.”

“‘Thee Alumni’ are working on a second project to, tentatively, be released early next year. We will definitely inform everyone when the project is ready. Keep tuning in and following us for more updates. I’ve got a solo project on the way this fall, along with a few more singles dropping before year’s end. Stay tuned because it’s getting heavy!”
